Important Information

The deadline to book a hotel reservation is Wednesday, May 15, 2013.
It is important that all conference delegates use the official conference hotel. The Board of Directors has implemented the following policy:
- Delegates who live more than 30 miles from the convention site and do not stay in one of the official convention hotels will be assessed a conference room fee of $25 per registration in order to register for the conference.
- Delegates from state associations attending the national conference and not staying at one of the official convention hotels may not participate in National STAR Events or be eligible to be elected for a national office.
Delegate and State Advisers Registration Packages include a weekly registration, Tuesday Special Event, Gala, and the STAR Events Recognition Sessions, and the State Advisers Recognition Reception (state advisers only). You will not need to add these optional events separately when completing your registration.
Some states offer a package prices that may include but not be limited to the following: registration, transportation, housing, tours, meals, T-shirts, pins, etc. Please contact your state adviser about registration packages and pricing your state may offer.
The STAR Events Recognition Session daily registration option is for only for non-adviser guests, parents, and family members of who are attending the conference Thursday, July 11, 2013.

Notify national headquarters at meetings@fcclainc.org of any disabilities that may require special services at least 60 days prior to the conference.
Children under nine years of age are discouraged from attending conference sessions. Children and family members who attend conference sessions must register for the conference and pay all event fees.

Do not mail deposits or payments for housing to national headquarters. These payments should be made payable and sent directly to the assigned hotel.
